The day I joined Accenture started an amazing journey because I know that in front of me are boundaryless career opportunities.
I currently work as a business and integration architecture senior analyst in Technology, with a major in Computer Science and Information System. As part of my role, I get to do what I’d love to – leveraging deep analytics mindset to understand clients’ real business needs and design the function to address the need. Helping clients to use the functions effectively and resolving users’ issues allow me to deliver my best.
I got interested in consulting industry in my junior year and my experience at Accenture proved my selection. For explorers like me, we could always get great exposure to cross-industry projects thanks to Accenture’s leading capabilities. During the last two years, I have worked on several Products, Financial Services and Resources projects, having great fun exploring different working natures. Not to mention the grown confidence and good reference for future career development gained through this process.
I still remember the most challenging project I did in my early days as an analyst. Due to the change of team members, I needed to take on greater responsibility, which made me feel a lot of pressure. I tried my best to be a reliable and responsible person. I actively looked for opportunities to communicate with clients and the Project Manager, understanding their ideas before working out the solutions. The moment the project was successfully completed, I also felt my efforts paid off finally.
