Accenture is delighted to have increased its level of support of Northern Ballet to ‘Production Sponsor’. This enables Accenture to directly support innovative new productions - Beauty & the Beast in FY12 and Carmen in FY13.
Northern Ballet is based in Leeds and was set up in 1969. It has since grown to become one of the best-loved dance companies in the world. It takes inspiration from an eclectic mix of classical dance, theatre, popular culture, literature and opera to develop new and original productions and to create new interpretations of popular classical ballets. Recent productions have included Cleopatra, The Nutcracker, Wuthering Heights, Madame Butterfly and a Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Northern Ballet is a powerhouse of inventive dance. It reaches a diverse range of people through passionate story-telling, a mastery of classical dance technique and an absolute commitment to its leading role as an international ambassador for world-class dance. This enables us to engage our clients and our people across the UK.
