Oliver (Olly) is the Managing Director of Accenture’s UK and Ireland business.

Olly is a member of the CBI President’s Committee and also holds board positions with the International Business Leaders Forum, the Employers’ Forum on Disability and eSkills.
He joined Accenture in 1992 into the Strategy practice and continues today to consult to clients in a variety of industries, including retail and consumer goods. He has a broad range of experience including globalisation, operating model development, organisation design, managing change and technology exploitation.
Before joining Accenture, Olly worked for Conoco; and prior to that role he was with British Aerospace as an Aeronautical Engineer.
Olly is married and has twin daughters. He holds a first class honours degree in Engineering from Churchill College, Cambridge.
