Managing Director — Oliver Benzecry Oliver (“Olly”) Benzecry is geographic unit managing director of Accenture's business in the United Kingdom and Ireland and country managing director for the United Kingdom.
Technology — Andrew Poppleton Andrew is the UKI Technology growth platform managing director. He joined Accenture in 1989 and was promoted to Senior Executive in 2001.
Management Consulting — Aimie Chapple Chapple, managing director of Accenture Management Consulting business in the UK, has been with the company since 1992 working with clients in multiple industry sectors to successfully deliver transformational business change. Chapple was appointed to the MD role in September 2010, and currently also leads the Talent & Organisation Performance service line; a role she has served in for the last three years. Previously Chapple was the global sponsor for Accenture’s Change Enablement offerings, led the Organisation Change Management group across EALA (Europe, Africa and Latin America) and was executive director for Accenture’s Human Capital Strategy and as change advisor to many of Accenture’s global strategic initiatives. Chapple grew up mostly in the US, graduated from Smith College with a BA in social psychology,– studied at the University of Sussex and has been living with her husband and two daughters in London since 1997.
Business Process Outsourcing — Mark Beaton Mark Beaton joined Accenture in 1991 and is the UKI Business Process Outsourcing Growth Platform lead.
Health & Public Service — Mark Lyons Mark Lyons is the managing director of Accenture's United Kingdom Health & Public Service group. Health & Public Service covers a wide range of industries including agriculture, government health, human services, immigration, justice and public safety, postal and revenue services.
Financial Services — Sushil Saluja Sushil Saluja is managing director of Accenture’s United Kingdom and Ireland Financial Services business. This business has a strong (and expanding) portfolio of clients across retail and commercial banking, general and life insurance and capital markets.
Resources — Omar Abbosh As Managing Director of Accenture's United Kingdom and Ireland Resources group, Omar Abbosh’s role is to ensure the provision of services to energy and chemicals companies, utilities and natural resources organisations helping them through a time of unprecedented change in markets, products and services.
Products — Simon Eaves Eaves originally joined Accenture in 1996 in the Strategy service line, then left and re-joined the Products client service group in 2000. He became a senior executive in 2004 and has a wealth of client-centric and sales experience having worked with many Products clients including SABMiller, Unilever, Boots, Dixons and Reckitt Benckiser. He is also the Diamond Client Account lead at SABMiller. Prior to Accenture, Eaves worked for Mobil Oil for six years and Mars for three years.
Communications and High Tech — Mattias Lewrén Mattias Lewrén is the Managing Director of Accenture’s Communications & High Tech (CHT) group in the United Kingdom and Ireland. CHT is a leading provider of management consulting, technology, systems integration and outsourcing services and solutions to the communications, electronics, high technology, media and entertainment, and aerospace and defense industries.
Human Capital & Diversity Lead for the United Kingdom and Ireland — Fiona O'Hara O'Hara joined Accenture in 1995 and leads our Human Capital & Diversity (HCD) priorities and sponsors the HCD team in their continued success driving first class programmes across the UK and Ireland. As the UKI Human Capital & Diversity senior executive, O'Hara is responsible for driving our human capital strategy and agenda across UKI and working with the leadership team to achieve our diversity and inclusion goals. She also leads corporate citizenship activities, working with the people advocates to focus on employee engagement where possible—using our HCD programmes as a way to extend our footprint with our clients. O'Hara is also the Corporate Citizenship Council member for the UKI.
Geographic Services Lead and Facilities & Services Director, United Kingdom and Ireland — David Sawyer Sawyer joined Accenture in 1993 as a systems architect and software engineer deployed at a Public Service engagement. He is the Geographic Services lead and the Facilities & Services director for the UK and Ireland. As part of the GS lead role, Sawyer is the UKI Accenture service owner for Facilities & Services, Local Technology Support, Accenture Procurement Services and Data Privacy. Sawyer became the F&S director in September 2005 and his role expanded in October 2009 to also include the Geographic Services lead. Prior to joining the F&S organisation in 2002, Sawyer was the program lead for a series of Geographic Services-sponsored projects in the UK. Between 1996 and 2000 he was part of the Technology Services organisation leading the Infrastructure services teams for the UK.
Analyst Consulting Group Lead — Gilly Bryant Bryant joined Accenture in 2001 as an experienced hire senior manager and became a senior executive in 2005. Bryant works within the Management Consulting Growth Platform, leading the Financial Services Talent & Organisation Performance (T&OP) service line, focused on improving Accenture’s T&OP sales pipeline and collaboration across EALA. Bryant became lead for the Analyst Consulting Group in March 2010.
UK/I Legal Lead — Patrick Rowe Rowe joined Accenture in 1994. During his time at Accenture he has worked in various client service groups, although his main focus has been supporting Financial Services. Prior to joining, he worked in commercial litigation for a law firm in Australia. Patrick has a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Law from the University of Western Australia and is a qualified solicitor in Australia and in the UK.
UK/I HR Lead — Frances Earl Earl is the HR lead for UK and Ireland, and oversees all aspects of human resources for our geographic unit. Earl Frances began her career at Accenture's UK Experienced Hire Recruiting organisation. She has held several human resources roles, including global HR director for Financial Services, for Enterprise in UK/I, and for Process Competency in the UK. She also served as the Global Implementation lead for the Accenture Career Framework and as the Financial Services Resource Forecasting and Planning lead.
UK/I Finance Director — Tim Fetherston-Dilke Fetherston-Dilke joined the firm as an experienced hire from BP in 1993 a few years after we signed the ground-breaking accounting outsourcing deal with BP. During the last 17 years, he has enjoyed a number of roles, including financial controller for the UK outsourcing business, client group controller for the Maritime Region, roles in C&HT and for the last few years CTS lead for resources EALA. He took on the role of finance director for the UK and Ireland in November 2009.
