Accenture in Australia is proud to announce our new principal sponsorship of The AYO which came into effect on the 1st September 2008.
The Australian Youth Orchestra (AYO) is one of Australia’s most prestigious artistic institutions. It is a training organisation for Australia’s talented pre-professional classical musicians and holds an international reputation for its innovative and comprehensive training programs.
“We are passionate about having a positive impact on the communities in which we operate,” said Jack Percy, country managing director of Accenture in Australia. “What better way to do this than by supporting an organisation such as the Australian Youth Orchestra, whose work inspires talented young Australian musicians by providing the support, training and expertise they need to reach their musical goals.”
The funds provided by Accenture to The AYO under this agreement will help support The AYO’s mission to provide professional leadership and inspiration to young Australian musicians.
