Accenture will make hotel reservations for all participants based upon the information provided in the online registration form. Participants are responsible for final payment of accommodation at a negotiated rate of $299 per night plus tax. To make changes to your reservations, please contact Jamie Wright

The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne is conveniently located just 30 minutes by car or taxi from the Miami International Airport.
Taxis are readily available from the airport. The estimated one-way fare is a flat rate of $35.
Dress Code
The dress code is business casual for all conference content sessions. Attire for the Tuesday afternoon recreational networking activities will vary based upon the activity chosen. The attire for the Tuesday evening Accenture dinner event is resort casual.
It may be necessary to obtain a visa to enter the United States. Please contact your country's US consulate or embassy for more information about the specific requirements based upon your country of residence and your citizenship. Accenture executives accompanying clients may also work with Accenture Relocation Management Solutions in your region to obtain additional information and guidance.
The United States uses 120 Volts at 60 Hertz.
The local currency is the US dollar. Currency exchanges and ATMs are easily accessible at the Miami International Airport.
