Welcome

Executive Sponsor Welcome to Johnson Students

Greetings to Johnson students,

As the Executive Sponsor for Johnson School recruiting, I am looking forward to another successful year on campus. Our growing Strategy and Operations Practices currently have nearly 10,000 consultants, including many from the Johnson School.

At Accenture, our professionals relentlessly seek to:

  • Proactively drive the value agenda of a client and/or industry
  • Help global companies reach high performance by addressing their most complex and difficult issues
  • Inspire senior client executives to action toward bold and large-scale transformation efforts
  • Be the world’s best at the intersection of thoughtful strategy and execution.

Our Strategy and Operations practices are a crucial element in Accenture’s total service package—from collaborative consulting strategy creation to working with the client to implement a framework. They will accelerate your personal growth and offer a challenging, yet fun workplace.

In the Strategy specialty, we continuously explore new sources of shareholder value for our clients. You may be asked to investigate new markets or examine opportunities to grow in existing markets. Or you may look for ways of delivering products and services more effectively and efficiently.

In Operations, we combine innovative strategies with practical know-how to help companies design, build and run new operating models that deliver superior supply chain performance and dramatically improve competitive advantage. You could be involved in any number of different projects from transforming the supply chain to architecting a new supply chain strategy. In addition, you may be involved with operational issues that span the entire value chain.

I encourage you to take a look at our practice. Determining where to spend your summer internship or (re)start you career can be challenging. Our campus team looks forward to getting to know you this fall and helping you understand what a career with Accenture Management Consulting can mean for you. Please don’t hesitate to contact anyone on the school team if you have questions about the company or the recruiting process.

Best regards,

Joyce Kline
