Procedure
Our independent
expert jury will assess the concepts on their levels of innovativeness, viability / market potential and market performance to select the winner of the Innovation Award. In parallel to the jury award, an audience prize will reward the entry that received most online public votes. As from January, everyone will be able to cast their vote on the most innovative entries via our website.
Both the Jury and the Public Awards will be handed over to the winners during
the Innovation Awards Ceremony which will take place on February 2nd, 2012 in the prestigious location of the Brussels Stock Exchange.
Assessment Criteria
In order to evaluate the innovativeness of
the submitted projects, 3 criteria are used:
- Innovativeness
What added value does the concept bring to clients and users? To which client/user’s needs does it answer? What is the place of the innovation within the company? What is the innovativeness of the pricing and distribution strategy?
- Viability
What is the level of resilience to key risks? What is the level of market openness of the concept and visibility/media exposure?
- Market Performance
What is the expected level of market performance of the concept?
Weight factors are used to attribute level of importance of each criteria.
