Where do I fit in?

Which workforce will I fit into?
Because of the nature and scope of our work, we operate as a network of complementary businesses that work together in different ways to achieve great things for our clients. This means, that your Accenture career could take you in a number of different directions, depending on the skills or experience you have and you want to develop. You can join us in one of our three workforces: Consulting, Services or Solutions.
What can I expect from my workforce?
Each of our workforces - Consulting, Services and Solutions—provides a unique mix of work experience and environment, training opportunities and a structure for career progression.
Our Consulting team uses a deep knowledge of business, industry and technology to help our clients improve in each area of their business. Our experts come up with and implement ideas that could develop anything from a client’s strategic planning to their day-to-day operations. Consulting regularly works in partnership with our other workgroups.
The work of our Services (Business Process Outsourcing) team is all about freeing our clients up to focus on what they do best – their core business. As well as outsourcing areas such as software maintenance, finance and accounting, procurement, learning, training and human resources. These services also improve clients’ key business functions, enabling them to work more efficiently.
Solutions (Technology) offer a ‘start-to-finish’ approach to technology challenges. The team is made up of IT enthusiasts who focus on designing, developing and delivering innovative technology to our clients– the accent, though, is always on practical, workable solutions.
Each workforce is divided into “workgroups,” according to the specific skills or services they offer. This approach allows us to provide a wide range of specialised career options to suit people’s diverse career goals and expectations.
