  • Amy Chng

    Amy Chng is a Research Manager within Accenture Research, aligned to the Communications   High-Tech research group. Based in Singapore, she is also part of the Accenture Management Consulting Innovation Center research team.

    Amy brings to Accenture more than 15 years of research experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry. She has strong geographical knowledge gained from supporting multiple markets including Singapore, China, India, South East Asia, Middle East and Africa. Amy is experienced in running multi-country consumer and B2B research studies and has strong linkages with leading research vendors in Asia Pacific.

    Prior to joining Accenture, Amy was the Global Business Intelligence manager at Motorola Inc based in Chicago, Illinois. Amy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Merit) from the National University of Singapore.

  • Cecilia Chua

    Cecilia Chua is a Director at the Accenture Management Consulting Innovation Center where she brings her subject matter expertise in innovation, organization design, particularly within the Healthcare Services industry to our client work. Based in Singapore, she specializes in helping clients to innovate, redesigning organization structures and business reengineering processes as well as developing business transformation strategies for organizational growth and improvement, and has more than 20 years’ experience working with large organizations and governments in Asia Pacific.

    Cecilia also works with organizations in developing their employees’ capabilities and challenging their employees to think innovatively in order to achieve business results. Prior to rejoining Accenture, Cecilia was a Senior Partner with The Idea Factory, bringing her experience as a consultant as well as an entrepreneur.

    Her most significant achievements include: the transformation of the Inland Revenue Department to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore; a re-design of the organization structure that supports the vision mission and values; designing and facilitating a workshop for 30 worldwide creative leaders for Index, Denmark on how design can improve lives; working with the Institute of Sustainability on a process to generate and prototype ideas for Food Lab, an initiative to bring different parties of the food ecosystem to collaborate on these ideas; and developing innovations for businesses in the areas of increasing growth, customer insights, ideas for new markets, etc. for the likes of American Express, Kellogg, Microsoft, Levis, to name a few.

  • Sonia Gupta

    Sonia is a senior manager at the Accenture Management Consulting Innovation Center.  She joined the Center in October 2009 to help Accenture clients with their journey to high performance and convert their ideas into action. Sonia is a workshop designer and works closely with clients to design and facilitate workshops that address key client issues and deliver successful outcomes.

    Sonia’s background is in corporate and operations strategy focusing on clients in the consumer goods and retail sectors. Her consulting experience spans the areas of corporate strategy, insight-driven marketing, sales   customer management and performance management. Sonia has helped companies shape their sales and marketing strategies and processes to deliver business goals.

    Prior to Accenture, Sonia worked for a leading consumer goods company in brand and channel marketing and with a leading consulting organization where she led the Customer Relationship Management service line.

    Sonia holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She enjoys travelling, sports and good works of fiction.

  • Grant Powell

    Grant is a Senior Executive in Accenture’s Talent and Organisation Performance practice in Melbourne. Joining Accenture in 1987, Grant has spent his career consulting in a variety of industries, working in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Asia. Grant spent the early years of his career working in Accenture’s systems integration practice. He then spent several years in the strategy practice before moving to the human performance practice in 1998. During his career, Grant has led several large scale change programs including significant workforce transformation efforts and major technology implementations. His experience has spanned the banking, insurance and retail investment industries. His specific areas of expertise comprise insurance and banking technology transformation including strategy, organisation design, leadership alignment and workforce transformation, facilitation and learning.

    During the last several years, Grant has served as the client account lead for one of Accenture’s largest Financial Services clients in Asia Pacific. In that role, Grant has been supporting the client in its journey to become a ‘high performing business’. Projects Grant has led at this client include development of an HR operating model, finance transformation, business process outsourcing, workforce transformation and development of a corporate and business internet banking system. In addition to his client work, Grant leads Accenture’s Talent and Organisation Performance practice for Financial Services across Asia Pacific.

    Most recently, Grant has taken up the role of lead facilitator at the Accenture Management Consulting Innovation Centre in Singapore, where he is helping Accenture’s clients to accelerate their journeys to high performance.

    Grant has an honours degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment. He is married with three children and is based in Singapore.

  • Arika Allen

    Arika is a Senior Manager, leading the Research Hub in Accenture’s Innovation Center in Singapore. She has over twelve years of experience spanning Asia, Latin America and the US and has accumulated substantial skills in international expansion, growth strategy, strategic planning and market research.

    Her recent experience includes in-depth research and analysis of international expansion for Asian companies. Her thought leadership presents insights on critical success factors across strategy, differentiated business models, building robust platforms for growth, as well as instilling talent and leadership for growth.

    Arika holds an Masters degree in Business Administration from Columbia University, New York City, USA as well as a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, USA.
