Larry Socher, Global Managing Director, Network and Accenture & Cisco Business Group
Larry Socher is the Global Managing Director of Network and the Accenture & Cisco Business Group. As the global lead, Larry is responsible for overall operations including sales, solution development and delivery excellence. Accenture Network helps clients capitalize on network trends to lower infrastructure costs, increase productivity, and drive high performance. The Accenture & Cisco Business Group integrates advanced Cisco technologies into clients’ key business processes and existing architectures, helping global organizations use IT as a strategic asset to reduce costs, drive revenue and deliver superior customer service.
Larry is a recognized business leader and serves as a subject-matter expert at global telecommunications conferences and industry forums. He directs technology solutions that enable clients to transform their IT services portfolios from the on-premise to the “as-a-service” world. Larry has spent his over 20-year career collaborating with leading communications service providers, large enterprises and government agencies around the globe, to develop and enhance product roadmaps, redefine organizational processes, and build strategic capabilities to accelerate service introduction and streamline operations.
Prior to assuming his current position, Larry served as the North America and Global Lead of Accenture’s Network practice within the Communications Media & Technology (CMT) operating group. In this role, Larry was responsible for leading network-related programs with communications service providers and convergent operators. Additionally, Larry managed ecosystem relationships and a broad portfolio of offerings to bring differentiated solutions to the marketplace.
Larry joined Accenture in 1995 and became a senior executive in 2000. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Economics from Dartmouth College and is a self-taught network engineer. Larry and his family reside in Vienna, Virginia.

Paul Murray, Global Executive, Accenture & Cisco Business Group
Paul Murray joined Cisco in 2010 and is responsible for the global Accenture Cisco relationship. Prior to this Paul was Director of the Accenture Cisco relationship in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Paul has more than 30 years experience in the IT industry. He spent five years with Olivetti before joining Hewlett Packard as a salesman, progressing to manage HP’s global relationship with EDS and, for his last two years, HP’s System Integrator and ISV sell to, sell with and sell through Solutions and Channel business in EMEA.
After 17 years with HP, he joined Diagonal, a fully listed UK plc as European Sales Manager of the SAP and Change Management consultancy business. He became Managing Director of the Information Security division before leaving to spend four years as an independent Management Consultant focused upon business planning and execution.
He has one son and lives in Manchester UK with his wife.

Philippe Chauffard, Accenture Executive Partner, Europe
Philippe Chauffard is the Accenture Executive Partner responsible for the Accenture & Cisco Business Group Sales in Europe.
During his 20 years at Accenture, Mr. Chauffard has focused his career on the communications industry, architecting and delivering networking solutions for large enterprise clients and service providers. He was a founding member of Accenture’s enterprise networking practice in EMEAI, then created and led Accenture's network service line for the telecommunications industry in EMEA and Latin America.
Mr. Chauffard has broad and extensive experience in the communications industry, ranging from business and technology strategies, network engineering and services integration, operations transformation, and integration and deployment of next generation IP broadband networks and services.
Mr. Chauffard has worked for clients in Asia, Africa, Europe, North America and the Middle East. He is based at Accenture’s European Technology Park in Sophia Antipolis, France. He earned a master’s degree in physics engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne and followed graduate studies in physics at Carnegie Mellon University.

Charles Nebolsky, Sr. Executive, Accenture & Cisco Business Group
Charles Nebolsky is the North America Sales and Global Solutions Lead with the Accenture & Cisco Business Group. In this senior leadership role, Charles has overall responsibility for North America sales operations and delivery of solutions to large global clients, encompassing network transformation, data center transformation, collaboration and industry vertical solutions.
Charles has spent the majority of his 20+ year career with Accenture designing and implementing advanced technology systems in a variety of leadership roles. He held the role of Accenture Technology Labs director and was instrumental in the development, launch and execution of the Accenture Innovations program, which executed vision-driven research and development.
Charles is a highly regarded subject matter expert and public speaker at industry events such as: Managed Care Executive Group, Retail Industry Leaders Association and the Army’s HR Technology Conference. Additionally, he conducts technology workshops with CEOs, CIOs and business leads on a regular basis, and he holds 11 patents in collaboration technologies. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and lives in the Chicago area.

Juliet Randall, Global Marketing Lead, Accenture & Cisco Business Group
Juliet Randall directs global marketing and communications for the Accenture & Cisco Business Group, a strategic alliance between Accenture and Cisco. In this role, she leads the global strategy, planning and implementation for the ACBG marketing programs.
Juliet has held a variety of strategic development and operating roles in the telecom, financial services, cable, new technology and consumer packaged goods industries throughout her 15-year career. Juliet holds an MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and has completed executive management programs at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and at Harvard Business School. |
