- Skilled in client handling, expectations management
- Experience as work stream/module lead (for team lead / assistant manager candidates)
- Ability to drive design discussions, conduct Conference Room Pilots, write decision papers and process definition documents
- Preference for specialised industry solution skills or on business processes
- Good communication and client facing abilities
