Accenture Innovation Center for Information Management At the Accenture Innovation Center for Information Management in Mumbai, India, executives see how Accenture and our alliance partners join to effectively manage data in all its disparate forms. Visitors try out demonstrations on touch-screen monitors, talk with experts, preview new technology and solutions and see project delivery activities in the Accenture Delivery Center. Centers of excellence Information management clients can take advantage of Accenture centers of excellence that offer tailored solutions and services within specific domains—such as the Accenture Center of Excellence for Data Center Services and the Accenture Center of Excellence for Reporting and Analytics—and industry sectors. For example, several of our delivery centers focus on delivering solutions for the consumer goods sector. One of these centers, in Milan, Italy, specializes in business intelligence. Another, in Paris, France, has deep expertise in data migration. We have established similar centers to cater to clients within the health and life sciences, energy, utilities, chemicals and natural resources industries. Spotlight on Manila Accenture's first delivery center was formed in Manila, the Philippines, in 1985. Now, our eight Manila facilities employ 11,600 people and have received top technology certifications, including Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 5. Our team in Manila has expertise in the top software platforms to help clients meet all their information management goals. This delivery center also plays a key role in enhancing Accenture's standardized delivery methodologies and building assets to test information management artifacts. Helping manage and distribute Web content for high performance A team from the Accenture Delivery Center in Bengaluru, India, helped a leading mobile communications company gain greater control over its Web content, improve customer experiences and achieve high performance. The new websites have led to revenue improvements in excess of US$50 million.
