Kevin Laudano is the global managing director of Accenture's Defense industry group. John Goodman, managing director of Accenture's US Defense industry group, is responsible for Accenture’s overall support to the Department of Defense. Previously, Mr. Goodman worked with the Office of the Secretary of Defense, defense agencies and combatant commands to improve readiness and operational performance. He also was the Management Consulting growth platform lead for Accenture's Public Service operating group, with responsibility for the sales and delivery of Accenture's management consulting services to public service organizations around the world. Eric S. Stange is a senior executive in Accenture's Defense industry group and also the president and CEO of Accenture National Security Services. During Mr. Stange's distinguished career at Accenture, he led the Defense industry group for more than nine years and contributed to several successful pursuits including the Defense Logistics Agency Business Systems Modernization contract, a six-year, $850-million logistics business transformation assignment, which became fully operational in December 2006. In addition to his CEO responsibilities, Mr. Stange is personally engaged in the pursuit and capture of major defense programs including GCSS Air Force, TRANSCOM AT-21 and DEAMS II. Joe Chenelle is a senior executive within Accenture’s Defense industry group. Mr. Chenelle brings more than 16 years of systems integration and consulting expertise with 12+ years focused on global, complex SAP implementations. Mr. Chenelle is currently operating as the account senior executive for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) where he has spent the last six years implementing transformational change programs for the largest combat support agency in the Department of Defense. Mr. Chenelle also serves as the SAP global lead for the Public Service operating group, focusing on the strategic Accenture/SAP alliance and differentiating services. Prior to DLA, Mr. Chenelle was the first Accenture SAP Outsourcing client program manager and spent three years on a heavy crude refinery as an IS-OIL program manager. Mr. Chenelle has also lived and worked in Europe where he developed Accenture’s SAP Technology Delivery service line within the Accenture European Solution Center Network. Mr. Chenelle has worked with some of the world’s largest companies and public service entities including DLA, Exxon, Volkswagen and Alcatel. U.S. Navy Vice Admiral (Retired) Keith Lippert began working as chief strategy officer for the Accenture Defense industry group in October 2006. His last tour on active duty was as the 14th director of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). Vice Admiral Lippert served in this capacity from July 2001 to July 2006, the longest-serving director in DLA’s history. Prior to DLA, Vice Admiral Lippert was the commander, Naval Supply Systems Command, and 41st chief of supply corps from August 1999 to July 2001. He also served as vice commander, Naval Supply Systems Command. He previously was the deputy commander for financial management/comptroller at the Naval Supply Systems Command where he had budget responsibility for a worldwide, multibillion-dollar supply system. While serving as comptroller, he was also responsible for the Navy’s successful Inventory Reduction Program. Vice Admiral Lippert also served as the commander, Defense General Supply Center, Richmond, Virginia. In August 1995, he became the first commander of the Naval Inventory Control Point. Vice Admiral Lippert earned his commission through the regular Navy ROTC Program, graduating from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics in 1968. Additionally, he holds master’s degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School in management and in operations research (with distinction). Rob McPherson is a senior executive within Accenture’s Defense industry group and specializes in strategic planning and the transformation of large, complex organizations in both the commercial and government sectors. After leading a major business transformation engagement for a large automotive company, Mr. McPherson transferred into Accenture’s Public Service operating group in 2002 and was given responsibility for beginning the U.S. Department of the Navy account. Since that time, Mr. McPherson and his team have assisted senior Navy leaders with business strategic planning, identifying necessary improvements to key capabilities, redesigning processes, organizations and technology as necessary to improve the performance of those capabilities, and designing and implementing enterprise performance measurement. Organizations with ongoing projects include the Navy Installations Command, the Navy Enterprise Chief of Staff, Fleet Forces Command and the Naval Air Systems Command. Linda Singh is a senior executive within Accenture’s Defense industry group and has more than 17 years experience in implementing large systems. She manages a second career as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Maryland Army National Guard. Ms. Singh has more than 26 years of service with the U.S. Army. She is currently the client executive for the Defense Integrated Military Human Resource System (DIMHRS) project, which will be the first system to integrate all U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps human resources functions into a single modern, integrated system. Ms. Singh is also one of the lead client executives for the U.S. Army account. Her project management and implementation experience spans numerous federal and Department of Defense organizations including the Social Security Administration, Department of Justice, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of the Army and National Guard Bureau. Ms. Singh recently returned from deployment in which she served as the deputy chief of staff, Logistics (G4) for the Multinational Task Force East in Kosovo. During the deployment, Ms. Singh managed 110 contracts totaling more than $300 million, conducted two forwarding operating base closures, assisted in the management of the task force budget totaling $30 million and worked with 15 other countries to coordinate support services. She also worked with representatives from the Defense Logistics Agency, AMC, Joint Contracting Agency, Army Contracting Agency and several others.

Lieutenant General USAF (Retired) John L. “Jack” Woodward is a senior executive within Accenture’s Defense industry group responsible for national security business development. Lt. Gen. Woodward works with the Department of Defense, intelligence arena and portions of the Department of Homeland Security. Lt. Gen. Woodward spent 34 years in the U.S. Air Force (USAF), where he served in key line, staff and command positions predominantly in the command, control, communications and computer systems arena. Lt. Gen. Woodward retired from the USAF as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications and Information Systems as well as the Deputy CIO, Headquarters for the USAF. He has extensive experience with the joint warfighting arena and held the J6 Directorship for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 1998 to 2000. Lt. Gen. Woodward has also served as the J6 for U.S. Space Command and NORAD and Chief of Communications and Information Management for Air Force Space Command, Air Combat Command and Air Mobility Command.
