Key joint initiatives include: - Integrating Alcatel Lucent's Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem into Accenture Service Delivery Platform to help communications providers to roll out differentiated services faster and more efficiently. The Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem is a complete access-agnostic solution that allows fixed and mobile service providers to implement a single network with full sharing of subscriber profiles, session controls, applications and payment capabilities. Accenture Service Delivery Platform forms part of Accenture Communications Solutions, an industry suite comprising a collection of our market-leading business solutions for communications service providers. Accenture Service Delivery Platform provides communications companies with an agile, flexible solution that enables communications companies to become high-performance businesses.
- Working with Genesys, an Alcatel Lucent company providing customer-contact software to large enterprises, to create focused solutions and tools that will enable growth. Current solutions include a customer portal for the communications industry as part of the Accenture Communications Solutions suite; a computer telephony integration (CTI) solution for all industries; voice-enabled claims management for the financial services industry; and customer contact center solutions with SAP® for all industries.
