The new
Peter F.
Drucker Foundation book, Leading Beyond the Walls,
asked 29 of the world's thought leaders to consider that question. The result
is a compilation of essays that looks at what will be necessary to be a leader
in the next century. It is the first installment in the new Wisdom to Action
Series sponsored by the Drucker Foundation which focuses on the requirements
for effective leadership in the next century, with an emphasis on the steps
that can be taken today to ensure leadership in the future.
