 Sylvie Ouziel—Group Chief Operating Officer for Management Consulting Sylvie Ouziel is the Management Consulting Group chief operating officer, with overall responsibility for Accenture's management consulting business globally. This includes the development and operations of our six service lines: Customer Relationship Management; Finance & Performance Management; Process & Innovation Performance; Strategy; Supply Chain Management; and Talent & Organization Performance.
In this role, she also has oversight of Accenture’s management consulting capabilities, which includes an extensive thought leadership agenda around high performance and, particularly, how companies achieve high performance in a multi-polar world. Previously, Ouziel led Management Consulting for France and Benelux and Health & Life Sciences for Northern Europe. Ouziel has been with the company for 17 years, working primarily in the pharmaceutical and health care, consumer goods, building material and industrial equipment industries. She has supported numerous clients in company wide transformations spanning from post-merger integration, new operating model design and deployment, internationalization, mission critical capability building, as well as defining and deploying new growth strategies.  Trevor Gruzin—Managing Director, Management Consulting–Asia Pacific Area Trevor Gruzin is the Management Consulting lead for Asia Pacific. Gruzin has been with Accenture for 22 years. He earned a BSc honors degree in computer science from the University of Cape Town. He is on the board of Create, a nonprofit organization focused on children in the care system. Gruzin is based in Sydney.

 Oliver Benzecry—Managing Director, Management Consulting–EALA Area and Managing Director, Growth & Strategy Olly Benzecry is the Management Consulting lead across Europe, Africa and Latin America as well as the managing director, Growth & Strategy. Benzecry has been with the company for 15 years, working primarily in the retail, consumer goods, transportation and travel services, automotive, industrial equipment, and health and life sciences industries. Before joining Accenture, he worked for Conoco, and before that, for British Aerospace as an aeronautical engineer. He has a first-class degree in engineering from Churchill College, Cambridge.

 Walt Shill—Managing Director, Management Consulting–North America Area Walt Shill is the managing director for Management Consulting in North America. He is also a member of the North America geographic leadership team. Shill graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in mechanical engineering, and earned both an MBA and an MA in East Asian studies from the University of Virginia. He joined Accenture in 2004. Before joining Accenture, Shill was CEO of a venture-backed start-up and previously was a partner at McKinsey & Co.

 Dave Rich—Managing Director, Customer Relationship Management Dave Rich is the managing director for the Customer Relationship Management service line. Before taking on this position, Dave was the lead for Accenture’s Electronics and High Tech industry practice. He has 30 years of experience working with senior executives across all industries, helping them address their most pressing CRM issues. Dave is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and is the Chairman of the Aidmatrix Foundation, and organization that builds and operates powerful technology hubs that support diverse stakeholder groups in their efforts to work together to solve the world’s most challenging humanitarian crises. Dave resides in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.

Boulanger—Managing Director, Finance & Performance Management Paul Boulanger has more than 20 years of experience developing finance function strategy; assisting organizations in planning and executing large-scale finance transformational programs; and restructuring finance organizations and processes to leverage shared services and outsourcing. He has advised CFOs and finance function executives of many Fortune 500 companies seeking to drive high performance finance organizations.

 Matt Reilly—Managing Director, Process & Innovation Performance Matt Reilly is the managing director of the Process & Innovation Performance service line. Reilly has extensive experience working with CEOs to solve board-level problems hindering profitable growth and operations. He has also worked extensively with C-level civilian clients and senior military leaders, serving the US Navy and US Army.
His expertise extends to helping clients create competitive advantage by designing and building execution capabilities and operationalizing corporate and business unit strategies. While at George Group, a leading operations management consulting firm that Accenture acquired, Matt started the Conquering Complexity practice, a global business focused on helping clients understand and quantify the affects of product and service complexity on their operations, and developing strategies to use complexity as a competitive weapon. He began his professional career as an officer in the US Navy. Reilly graduated from the University of Arizona and earned an MBA from Emory University. To Top
 David Smith—Managing Director, Talent & Organization Performance David Smith is managing director of the Accenture Talent & Organization Performance group. He specializes in designing and developing talent and organization performance strategies and solutions for clients. Smith has extensive international experience working with some of the world’s largest global companies from early in his career, including a number of Fortune 500 companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a master's of business from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

 Mark Spelman—Managing Director, Strategy Mark Spelman is the managing director for the Accenture Strategy service line. He also leads Accenture’s strategic think tank— the Institute for High Performance. Spelman has responsibility for Accenture’s global relationship with the World Economic Forum. Additionally, he oversees Accenture’s relationship with INSEAD business school. Spelman joined Accenture in 1989. He has an MA in economics from Cambridge University and an MBA from INSEAD. He is the chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce’s European Union Executive Council.

 Mark H. Pearson–Managing Director, Supply Chain Management Mark Pearson is the managing director of Accenture’s Supply Chain Management global service line. With more than 20 years of experience, he is highly skilled at helping large organizations across a range of industries design and execute supply chain strategies and capabilities that enable profitable growth and operational effectiveness.
Pearson has extensive international experience, particularly in Europe, Asia and Russia, and is based in Munich with his wife and two children. He graduated from Aston University, Birmingham, UK, with a degree in business administration and German. Previously, he was the Management Consulting lead across Europe, Africa and Latin America and prior to that was the managing director for Accenture’s supply chain business in Europe.
Ferrer is a regular participant in forums and roundtables in supply chain and global operations strategy. He has a degree in business administration and economics from the University of Barcelona and an MSc in operational research from the London School of Economics & Finance. Based in Munich, he works with clients on their growth agendas, business models and innovation agendas but also their process innovation and strategic cost improvements. Building on that he helps to execute large-scale transformations. Scholtissek’s focus is on the utilities, chemicals, energy and natural resources industry.
