I work for Accenture as a consultant and currently working on the Telstra Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Project with the Deployment team and I interface with external interacting systems. It's a challenging job that mainly involves coordinating and management activities. At this point I am still new to Accenture, it's been a couple of months since I left my previous project in Adelaide where I was a business analyst in the taxation industry. During this short spell, I have discovered that Accenture is an exiting company at which to work. Before moving to Australia, I worked for Virtusa, a global outsourcing software provider and worked on many projects offshore and onsite on multiple roles and was lucky to be able to work in the United States, United Kingdom and Sri Lanka during this period. In addition to this, I have published a book titled A bit of BIT, which is a collection of my articles on business information technology. Last year, I represented the Australian Computer Society's (ACS) South Australian Executive Committee and was a member of ACS National Member Lifecycle Board.
My wife Sasani is a research student at the Swinburne University. In our spare time, we love to travel or snuggle up with a good book. Writing is also one of my hobbies and I maintain my own blog at http://yasasva.blogspot.com.
