The 2009 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is the world's largest consumer technology tradeshow and America's largest annual tradeshow of any kind. CES is produced by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA). CEA represents more than 2,200 corporate members involved in the design, development, manufacturing, distribution and integration of consumer electronics products. This annual event is the industry's largest educational forum enabling delegates the opportunity to view the latest technology as well as to expand their businesses through networking with fellow attendees from more than 140 countries. CES attracts industry leaders as both delegates and speakers—with chief executive officers ranking the CES as one of their top 10 most-desired speaking opportunities, according to a Burson-Marsteller Most Valued Podium survey. This four-day conference included exhibits by manufacturers, developers and suppliers of consumer technology hardware, content, technology delivery systems and related products and services; keynote addresses; and industry sessions where key trends and topics were discussed. Accenture's presence included a "Meet Our Specialists" program where clients met with Accenture specialists to discuss a variety of industry-related topics, including "Managing through Challenging Times," "The Digital Home" and "Networked Devices."
