 Lisa M. Mascolo, US Country Managing Director for Accenture
Lisa Mascolo is the US country managing director for Accenture. In this role, she is responsible for our US business, coordinating Accenture's activities in consulting, technology and outsourcing in the United States. Prior to being appointed to her current role in September 2008, Ms. Mascolo was the group chief executive of Accenture's Public Service operating group, with overall responsibility for Accenture's services to governments and other public service organizations in the defense, education, public health, human services, immigration, justice and public safety, revenue and postal sectors. Ms. Mascolo has more than 25 years of experience with a broad range of governments and other public service organizations. Previous roles include managing director of Accenture's USA Government operating unit, with responsibility for Accenture's federal and state and local business. Before holding that position, Ms. Mascolo was managing partner of Accenture's US Federal Government business, with responsibility for Accenture's business with US federal, civilian and defense agencies and the United States Postal Service. In 2005, Ms. Mascolo was named one of the 25 most influential women in Washington in the Washington Business Journal's 2005 “Women Who Mean Business” issue. She currently serves on the board of directors of the Accenture Foundation and Accenture Development Partnerships. Ms. Mascolo joined Accenture in 1982 and became a partner in 1996. She has a bachelor of science degree in systems planning and management from Stevens Institute of Technology.  Andre P. Hughes, Managing Director, Human Capital & Diversity, US
Andre P. Hughes is a managing director at Accenture responsible for creating an inclusive environment that's rich in diversity and promotes respect, personal achievement and stewardship for all of Accenture's US people. Andre is a member of the US Executive Leadership team and is responsible for our US corporate citizenship agenda, ensuring alignment between our global corporate citizenship objectives and the US program implementation. In this role, Andre ensures that Accenture maintains its focus on critical issues relating to all of our people, including how we live our core values and our commitment to ethical decision making. In addition to his Human Capital & Diversity role, Andre serves as the North American lead responsible for evolving strategic relationships and go-to-market initiatives with our Network Equipment clients. He is accountable for identifying market making opportunities for Accenture and our business partners that create new businesses and products and services that addressed the unmet needs in the evolving IP-enabled consumer and business markets. Since joining Accenture in 1988, Andre has had numerous roles in Accenture's Communications & High Tech operating group in technology. He also founded and was the global managing partner for the Network Services group, which he grew to a half billion dollar business within five years. Additionally, he has worked in our Financial Services, Health & Life Services, Utilities and Government practices. |
