Accenture now is working closely with the desktop team, telecoms and other third-party providers to deliver a seamless, end-to-end IT service to Seeboard for the first time. Service Integration is being achieved across all service providers through the use of a set of common processes, such as incident management, change management, escalation and capacity planning.
