| | | Business Challenge | The ESC is part of our Global Service Center Organisation, which helps to support 112,000 employees, customers and vendors across 170 Accenture entities. Our service centers are located in Buenos Aires, Bangalore, Chicago, Dalian, Mumbai and Manila. They provide services to the business across a wide range of internal processes, including finance, human resources, procurement, marketing and communications, facilities and services, information technology, application maintenance and alliance utilisation.
