The vision for the European Service Centre is to provide world-class service to our business by unifying, re-engineering and continuously improving repetitive processes. In short, the vision is "to be the standard for globally connected, easily accessible customer service." With outstanding support from the Irish Industrial Development Agency (IDA), a relatively young and well-trained labour pool and Ireland's success in attracting other call centres and shared services operations, Dublin proved to be a logical choice for the centre. | | | How We Helped | Today there are over 300 employees in the European Service Centre. They provide financial processing, IT development and support and human relations administrative services. The Centre provides world-class standardised services throughout the firm's European organisation. Among the Accenture offices served are those in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The European Service Centre has been recommended for certification to the ISO9000 quality standard.
