Key Performance Indicators Our key performance indicators (KPIs) offer a quick overview of our social and environmental performance and our corporate citizenship priorities. We use a range of KPIs to measure our corporate citizenship performance and to inform strategic social and environmental targets aimed at driving performance improvement across the business. PDF Help Monitoring of Compliance with Policies In conjunction with the Office of Ethics and Compliance, policy sponsors shall monitor compliance with the policies they own according to compliance monitoring strategies or plans. Compliance monitoring methods may differ from one policy to another and may be incorporated into larger compliance risk sector monitoring plans or geographic level plans. Actual compliance with some policies will be audited by the Ethics and Compliance Program, or by the Internal Audit group. Implementation of compliance monitoring plans will be subject to random checks by the Ethics and Compliance program, and will be reviewed periodically by the Business Operations policy support team in conjunction with the Office of Ethics and Compliance.
