Ismail Amla—Human Capital & Diversity Lead, United Kingdom and Ireland
Ismail joined Accenture in 2004 and is our Human Capital and Diversity lead. Ismail also has client director responsibility for one of our major banking clients. Ismail is responsible for driving the human capital agenda in the United Kingdom and Ireland, working to achieve our inclusion and diversity goals, driving corporate citizenship activities and serving as the people advocate, championing our people, ethics and core values.
 
Isabel Naidoo —Talent & Citizenship Lead
Isabel Naidoo joined Accenture in 1998 and is leading our work in talent and citizenship.
Isabel is responsible for setting our strategy and objectives in programmes that span: community (including volunteering, pro bono and charitable giving), environment (fostering environmental awareness and driving our improvement programme); workplace (designing our human capital strategy, further establishing our leadership programmes and improving our employee engagement); and marketplace (with partners, clients and suppliers).
Tim Robinson—Corporate Services Director
Tim Robinson joined Accenture in 1995 and, as the corporate services director, is responsible for the provision of all locally-delivered internal services within the United Kingdom and Ireland. As part of this role, Tim is directly responsible for Accenture's procurement programme and the heath and safety of our people. Tim also heads up our HR, recruiting, technology, finance and facilities & services functions. Tim is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
  Andrew Pincott—United Kingdom and Ireland Environment Champion
Andrew joined Accenture in 1996 and is our Environment Champion for the United Kingdom & Ireland. Andrew is also the Industry lead for Energy Retail with the Resources Client Service Group.
As Environment champion Andrew is responsible for driving forward Accenture's initiatives around the environment from our strategic positioning to everyday actions that can make a difference to the environment.
