Corporate Citizenship Governance Structure Corporate citizenship in the United Kingdom is led by Isabel Naidoo. As our corporate citizenship lead, Isabel is responsible for setting our strategy and objectives in corporate citizenship, including volunteering, charitable giving, workforce pride and motivation and the environmental improvement programme. Isabel reports directly Ismail Amla, United Kingdom and Ireland Human Capital & Diversity Lead who reports directly to United Kingdom and Ireland Managing Director, David Thomlinson.
