 Mark Beaton joined Accenture in 1991, having worked for three years previously in the oil industry. His first role in the company was as a consultant in Technology and Change Management before moving to Outsourcing 10 years ago. Mark has been very lucky through his career in Accenture, having had the opportunity to work on several major public service and CHT deals on both the sales process and delivery sides.
Having spent the last year as the Outsourcing Lead for UK/I, Mark is now leading our BPO Growth Platform and will be focused on accelerating growth and seizing market opportunities, improving service delivery and profitability in existing accounts through a more industrialized approach, simplifying how Accenture does business and empowering our people to deliver high performance. |
