David Thomlinson is the managing director of Accenture's combined United Kingdom and Ireland operations. In that role he oversees a business with combined revenues of £1.5 billion in fiscal 2007, employing over 12,000 people in the two markets. The United Kingdom and Ireland region accounts for 16 percent of Accenture's global revenues, making it the second-largest market in the world in revenues.
