Client Successes: Eskom partnered with Accenture to determine whether its financial and materials management systems and processes could support the company's vision of lowest-cost. Eskom's Distribution Group asked for Accenture's help to develop and implement a new customer relationship management (CRM) strategy in order to make it a world-class customer-centric organisation. Accenture helped NamPower to implement an integrated business information system, which included restructuring, in order to facilitate commercialisation.
