In February and March 2003, Accenture interviewed a number of CIOs and executives fulfilling the CIO role in both private-sector companies and government departments across industries.
We compiled a detailed questionnaire, based on our international thought leadership, to investigate the challenges that local organisations face.
The objective of the research was to:
- Gain an understanding of CIO agendas in the public and private sector.
- Compare the local results with international trends.
- Identify global solutions that could be applied to local problems.
- Ensure that Accenture's solutions meet the needs of both existing and future clients.
