Accenture understands that true skills development success lies in a holistic approach to people. Accenture Technology Solutions (ATS) focuses on training and Information and Communication Technology skills development for the previously disadvantaged. ATS has trained more than 60 black people who have become successful participants in South Africa's ICT sector. New employees are assigned a mentor whose role is to listen and advise and help them keep their careers on track. Accenture is a founder participant in the official management consulting learnerships structure. It is registered with the management consulting SETA (FASSET) and the Information Systems, Electronics and Telecommunications Technologies SETA (ISET).
