Since opening in May 1995, the Utilities Solution Center has been host to 50 companies from 12 countries.

Resources Operating Group Lead
Paul Gosling is the Partner leading Accenture's Resources Operating Group in Singapore.

Mr. Gosling specialises in business strategy, and energy and utilities industries. His international experience includes work for global clients in the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. He is currently leading the consulting programme for the restructuring of the natural gas industry in Singapore.

Mr. Gosling is a regular speaker at energy industry conferences and seminars. He graduated from the University of Leeds, UK, with an honours degree in Economics.
