In Indonesia, Accenture continues to sponsor unique, cutting-edge events
that have created an image that we strive for balance between professional work
and social-responsibility. Accenture worldwide is currently involved with a
number of events ranging from sports to cause-related initiatives. Outlined on
these pages is more information on these one-of-a-kind events held in
Indonesia.
Enterprise 50 2003 award winners accept their awards along with
representatives from Accenture, SWA, HIPMI, Business Indonesia
and
the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises.
Enterprise 50: Enterprise 50 in Indonesia is an annual
award program for small and medium enterprises. Accenture and SWA
Business Magazine organize the program with the support of the Young
Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) and daily Bisnis Indonesia.
The program is aimed at promoting the success of local enterprises that are
also planning well to position themselves for the future.

For Accenture, high performance is more than an aspiration for our work with clients. It is the commitment of Accenture people to each other, to our neighbors, to our shareholders and to all those with whom we interact. In Indonesia we have delivered the same principles of high performance to our corporate citizenship efforts that we applied to our work with our clients.
Providing Scholarship for high performing
students from Bandung Institute of Technology
Across the country, we invested time, funds and additional resources to improve the communities in which we work and live. We focused these efforts through four targeted initiatives: community building, civic leadership, employee engagement and responsible business. For example, we have worked in Aceh to help in the 2004 Tsunami relief program, we contributed funds and basic necessities for communities that were impacted by the Yogya earthquake in 2006, and we have coordinated many blood donor events, and provided scholarships for students. We have also sponsored on developing entrepreneurship; such as Enterprise 50 and the Young Entrepreneurs Start Up awards. These examples show that we are committed to making a difference in our world, using our company’s assets and the talents of our people.
