Graeme is responsible for Accenture’s Canadian eGovernment practice specializing in helping governments in Canada, the United States and around the world innovate and better deliver services to citizens.
Graeme is also the Global Immigration, Justice and Security Industry Managing Partner. In this role, he applies his deep knowledge and understanding of border, immigration and homeland security challenges to help nations implement solutions that best serves its needs.
Since joining Accenture in 1986, Graeme has orchestrated large and complex system integration initiatives that combine business, technology and government—effectively and efficiently serving the needs of public service. With solid experience helping governments and their agencies perform at a higher level, Graeme has worked with Canada Post Corporation (CPC) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) developing eCommerce strategies and launching their portals, CPC.ca and USPS.com.
In addition, he has also directed and developed eCommerce strategies for the Canadian Institutes for Health Research (CIHR), the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC), Industry Canada and the Treasury Board of Canada. He led Canada Post’s successful Y2K program, and helped the US Department of Defense modernize their logistics systems.
He is currently working with Citizenship and Immigration Canada helping to implement a new Global Case Management System. With more than 20 years in the industry, he has accumulated extensive experience modernizing the public sector through the practical and strategic use of technology.
Graeme is an honors graduate of McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, with a major in Management Information Systems. He was awarded the Faculty prize for top student in his Major, as well as the distinctions of Faculty Scholar and University Scholar. Graeme resides in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
