Accenture provides the services either as discrete skills (i.e. capacity services) or fully-managed services in which we leverage Accenture delivery centers, assets, processes and methodologies to take full responsibility to manage the end-to-end function of one or more of our six Infrastructure Outsourcing (IO) services. All IO services can be bundled with AO and/or BPO to deliver better results for our clients. Enabling Capabilities - Service Transition. Accenture uses a highly structured approach for making a seamless and orderly transition of people, processes and technology from the client organization to our company.
- Service Management & Governance. Accenture establishes an effective governance structure with executive steering, management and service delivery committees to provide oversight, direction and policy for the infrastructure outsourcing services. We form a program management office to provide centralized planning and control over day-to-day operations.
