Providing financial grants to selected not-for-profit organisations. To support the fundraising programs of our partner charities, Australia’s giving program includes the provision of funds through our workplace giving program as well as the matching of funds donated by our employees through our employee donation-matching scheme.
Volunteering
Providing opportunities for our people to apply their skills and experience in the wider community through volunteering with local charities. Accenture in Australia provides each of our people with one day of paid volunteering-leave per fiscal year to motivate them to spend time working for a charitable cause. We also participate in Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO), a large international development charity that supports volunteers in 60 of the world's poorest countries. Accenture works with VSO through a scheme that allows our people to take up assignments with their selected charity. Accenture Development Partnerships (ADP)
Offering reduced-cost consulting services to non-government organisations. A global not-for-profit initiative, ADP makes high quality consulting services available to non-government organisations at greatly reduced costs. It offers an integrated career option to work in a developing country, while maintaining career progression within Accenture. Responsible Business
